UP NHM Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Details

Staff Nurse

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery OR B.Sc. Nursing from any Recognized Institution approved by Nursing Council of State / GOI.
• Registration from UP Nurses & Midwives Council at the time of Online Submission of Application.

ANM

• Certified Diploma in Auxiliary Nursing and Midwife by any Recognized Institute approved by Nursing Council of the State / GOI.
• Registration from UP Nurses & Midwives Council at the time of Online Submission of Application.

Pharmacist-Allopathic

• Intermediate with Diploma in Pharmacy / Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registration from Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council at the time of Online Submission of Application.

Lab Technician

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Intermediate (10+2) in Science with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• The Degree / Diploma is being from a recognized university/ Institute by Central Government or State Government.
• Registration from UP State Medical Faculty.

UP NHM Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

• Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria.
• Admission to Computer based Test will be purely provisional.
• Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents when the candidate reports for document verification, if shortlisted.
• At the time of document verification process, Candidate has to produce only those documents which have been uploaded by him/her during online submission of application.

UP NHM Recruitment 2022 CBT Exam

• The Computer based Test will be held for duration of 2 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two sections of total 100 marks.
• Section-I (80 Marks) will consist of Professional Knowledge (Discipline/Domain related) and Section-II (20 Marks) will consist of General Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and Basic Computer knowledge with 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ).
• Each question will carry 1 mark and there is NO NEGATIVE marking for wrong answer.
• No marks will be awarded for un-attempted questions.
• The question paper shall be set in bilingual language i.e. English and Hindi only. However, in case of any inconsistency in Hindi version, the English version of the question shall be valid & final.

1. National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh (NHM, UP) has invited the Online Application Form for the post of ANM, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician & Pharmacist-Allopathic.
2. You can apply for the Post between 27 November 2022 to 12 December 2022.
3. Before applying for the Job please read the complete notification.
4. Collect all required scan documents like ID Proof, Photograph, Signature, etc. which you have to upload.
5. Keep all the required documents in front of you so that you may fill in the necessary details easily.
6. Review all the details carefully that you have filled in the Application Form before submitting, because after submitting you will not be able to edit.
7. If you are required to pay the Application/Registration fee, please do so on or before the due date.
8. After finally submitting the Application Form, take the Printout and Save the Application Form in PDF for your future reference.
