Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

• 3 years full-time Graduate Degree – BBA/ BBM/ BBS or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/ University with not less than 60% marks.

Selection Process

The PGCIL Junior Officer Trainee (HR) Recruitment 2023 selection process will comprise the following stages:

• Written Test / Computer Based Test
• Computer Skill Test
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

Scheme of Examination

Written Test / Computer Based Test

• Objective Type. Each question shall have four answer options.
• Part-I [Professional Knowledge (PKT)] – 120 Questions.
• Part-II [Aptitude Test (AT)] – 50 Questions.
• All questions carry equal marks (1 mark).
• Wrong and multiple answers would result in negative marks of ¼.
• The total duration will be 2 hours.

Document Verification & Computer Skill Test

• The Computer Skill Test will be of Qualifying in nature and Qualifying marks in the test shall be 50% for Unreserved/ EWS and 40% for reserved category candidates.
