For Post Code 02 to 10
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of ₹ 250/- for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay ₹ 750/- per application as a processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test, as under:
- ₹ 750/- :i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PWBD, Ex-Servicemen).
- ₹ 500/- :i.e after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.
For Post Code 11 to 26
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of ₹ 100/- for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay ₹ 500/- per application as a processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test, as under:

Eligibility Details
Technical Assistant
- First Class Diploma in Cinematography / Photography Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institution.
Scientific Assistant
- First Class B.Sc. with Computer Science as the main subject from a recognized University / Institution. OR
- First Class B.Sc. with Physics as the main and Mathematics & Chemistry as ancillary subjects from a recognized University / Institution. OR
- First Class B.Sc. with Physics as the main and Mathematics & Chemistry as ancillary subjects from a recognized University / Institution.
Library Assistant ‘A’
- Graduation in First Class.
- First Class Master’s Degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution.
Technician ‘B’
- SSLC / SSC pass + ITI / NTC / NAC in any one of the following trades from NCVT i.e. Chemical, Attendant Operator (Chemical), Instrument Mechanic (Chemical), Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Laboratory Assistant (Chemical). OR
